This is Ink-Counters, a series of articles that looks at the numbers behind the Firetail League. Not satisfied with the usual post-game screens of each match and want to go a little deeper? Ink-Counters will be the place for you. Each week will present a set of important numbers that have been the keys to success (or failure) of teams in the league.

69 – the highest death count over the weekends games held by Owlsy (Brisbane Boom). nice.

88 – the highest kills from any player over week 1 held by Yoshiko (Adelaide Revenge)

112 – the total kills and assists from Shockwavee (Melbourne Maelstrom), current leader of the race to the Golden Gun.

131 – peak viewer count across the weekend’s matches.

137 – specials activated by the New Zealand Rush, the most of any team.

361 – the highest KA of any team, held by Melbourne Maelstrom

41,110 – Brisbane Boom’s turf count, the highest of any team. This was led by Murray with a league high 11,634p.
